Mrs Madhumita Kundu is a Master of Science from University of Nagpur, Maharashtra. She has published three research papers in international journals of repute. From the heart she is a teacher and she believes in a society of gender equality. Although there is general believe that girls are not fit in industrial atmosphere, In KG Ecoplast Private limited, she, as Managing Director of company, wants to employ girls for the production of compostable garbage polybags.

Dr. Patit Paban Kundu is a Professor of Department of Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Prof. Kundu is in academics since October, 1996. He is a passionate researcher and believes in dedication, devotion and honesty in both professional and personal life. As non-executive Director in KG Ecoplast Private Limited, the primary role of Prof. Kundu is mentoring the workforce. He will guide KG Ecoplast to develop new thermoplastic starch and to develop compostable garbage polybags.
Prof. Kundu has published more than 225 research papers, four patents, including one Indian Patent in biodegradable polybags, guided 23 Ph.D.s, 7 Post Doctorates.
Mr. D. K. Thirumalazhagan is a B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Polymer Technology from Anna University, Tamilnadu and currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand. He has published one research paper and a patent. He has working experience in a JSW Cement sponsored project for development of biodegradable cement bag.
The role of Mr. Thirumalzhagan is to guide and train the workforce of KG Ecoplast Private Limited to manufacture high quality compostable garbage bags as well as manufacture compostable compounds from thermoplastic starch and LDPE.
